How we work here
At Enlace Legal, work is organized around matters, not hierarchies. Whoever handles a file knows it completely, speaks with the client and answers for the result, with the support of a more experienced lawyer.
We prefer judgment to formulas. A good lawyer here is one who understands the client's business, proposes a clear path and writes it in language that management understands.
Working hours are respected. Good work does not require nights at the office; it requires planning, giving notice on time and asking for help when needed.
What we look for
Lawyers and law students with these qualities:
- Genuine interest in business law and in understanding how a company works.
- Clear writing in Spanish. Legal English is an advantage.
- Rigor with sources: nobody cites a rule without having read it.
- The ability to say "I don't know" and then find out.
- Respectful dealings with clients, colleagues and counterparties.
How we train
Every lawyer who joins is assigned a mentor for the first year. Together we review written work, discuss ongoing matters and set learning goals every six months.
Interns take part in real matters from the first week, under supervision, and receive written feedback on every piece of work.
- Internship program for final-year law students, including the option of the judicatura (the supervised legal practice period that Colombian law graduates may complete in lieu of a thesis).
- Internal sessions on regulatory and case-law updates.
- Support for courses, diplomas and certifications related to the practice area.

If there is a vacancy that matches your profile, we will invite you to an interview and a written exercise. If there is none, we will keep your information for one year with your authorization, in accordance with our data protection policy.
