Personal data protection policy

Enlace Legal, in compliance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, informs that personal data received by e-mail, website forms, WhatsApp or any other channel will be used solely to address the enquiry that originates it, to contact the person who submits it and, where agreed, to provide the legal services requested.

Anyone who provides personal data may access, update, correct or request the deletion of that data by writing to contacto@enlacelegalco.com. The firm keeps the data for as long as needed to address the enquiry or complete the engagement, and afterwards for as long as the rules on retention of professional files require.

Data is not shared with third parties except where necessary to provide the service or where ordered by a competent authority. The firm applies technical and administrative measures to protect it.
