Ethics line

The ethics line is the channel for reporting, confidentially and without retaliation, conduct contrary to the law or to the firm's principles: undisclosed conflicts of interest, misuse of information, corruption or money laundering, and any breach of our professional standards.

Reports are received at contacto@enlacelegalco.com with the subject "Ethics line". They may be made anonymously. Every report is logged, assessed and answered; the firm protects the identity of anyone who reports in good faith.

This channel is part of the firm's compliance program, which includes the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing (SAGRILAFT) and the business transparency and ethics program.
