We know the higher education regime of Law 30 of 1992, Law 115 of 1994 on primary and secondary education, and the public procurement statute of Law 80 of 1993 and Law 1150 of 2007, together with the practice of the Ministry of National Education, the local education authorities and Colombia Compra Eficiente (the national procurement agency).

We help the institution or the contractor comply with the rules that apply to it without losing its ability to decide: from the qualified registration of an academic program to the final settlement of a government contract.

  • We implement business ethics and transparency programs and whistleblowing channels for government contractors, in line with Law 1474 of 2011 and Law 2195 of 2022.
